Ability/Function: It tightens around the target making the part of the body impossible to move. The is also a button that gives the thing its attatched to a jolt of lightning.

Appearance: It is 4 feet long. It is made of leather so if it whips someone it will leave a mark. It has a metal handle with a small yellow buttoon on it.

History: Zuno crafted this weapon when he decided he used to much ranged weapons. He knew that this whip would have many uses. Zuno had used this whip many times when he realized that he made a weapon a tad to weak. So he gave it the power of lightning to it so if anyone dared to resist it they would get a little jolt.
