Controlling Your Chaotic Side

Ren alighted the tallest branch on Yggdrasil, which was somewhere in the Ozone, if not higher. Smiling he extended his wings and awaited Ezrion's approach. It may take awhile, a new form and a very long way up.

[Ezrion Alexander]

Ezrion walked up to the tree, getting use to how the armour contoured to his every motion. Now the challenge of getting up there begins. He tried to use the wing but it wouldn't budge. It is made of energy so maybe I need to use energy to control it? Using the energy it is made of he began to fly upward toward the higher branches.

Reaching about halfway he heard a voice speaking a strange language in his ear. Yet somehow he understood what it said. This form can only be used by you, my son, for only you can unlock it's full potential. With some training you could be invincible. Father? He never got a reply.

Reaching where Ren was waiting he landed on a branch slightly lower than Ren's. "So are we just continueing from before or what?" he asked the other.

[Renzenku]

Ren smirked, "Eventually you will learn to not ask that, but for now I'll tell you: This is mainly going to be a melee fight, you do not want to hit Yggdrasil with energy, our current energies Divine and Chaos will be completely absorbed when they hit Yggdrasil. It would then wake up and then we'll have to do the Trek from Hell, more of that later. We'll begin now."

Ren continued to hover and awaited Ezrion to move first.

[Ezrion Alexander]

"Fine. Then could you kindly return my sword to me so that we may begin," he asked politely reaching out his hand. "You never gave it back earlier." He stood there and waited.

[Renzenku]

Ren smiled nervously, "Oh right..." Standing in front of Ezrion he dropped the Divine Flame sword into his hand, extingishing his energy flow to it. Once again in the center of the tree top he smiled, "Can we begin now?"

[Ezrion Alexander]

Ezrion caught Kuyomaji and took his offensive stance. He jumped at Ren and slashed at his head and stomach simultanieously.

[Renzenku]

Ren sighed, "What is it with you and that attack, get something fresh."

Dodging backwards he went behind Ezrion and puched him in the Chaos Side, a reverberating sound was heard and Ren back up wiggling his hand around in slight pain, "Ow, it's like stubbing a toe."

Summoning his sword, Aoi Tunaga, he smiled, "For once, you make me use the actual blade." Swinging the large sword at Ezrion's right side he stuck out his foot at the same time to trip Ezrion up.

[Ezrion Alexander]

Ezrion blocked the sword with his claymore, but tripped over Ren's foot. Grabbing a branch with his left hand he swung himself up and onto another branch a little farther off. He walked off and fell beneath Ren using the branches for cover. He stabbed upwards at Ren's legs between two of the branches.

[Renzenku]

Ren moved his feet slightly, the branch he was standing on blocking the blow. "Simple... So simple."
He smiled and looked down at Ezrion, grabbing Ez's sword he yank him up and back level with himself. Stabbing forwards he dodged to the side at the same time.

[Ezrion Alexander]

Ezrion jumped and landed on the flat of the blade. He slashed at Ren's wrist and his neck, while kicking him in the chest.

[Renzenku]

Ren took the kick to the chest, "Wow... You just kicked me out of your own attack..." Sighing again Ren looked down and moved slightly to the left, jumping down and landing deep within the trees branches.

His voice carrying up through the branches as he called to Ezrion to come and get him.

[Ezrion Alexander]

Ezrion looked down beneath him to try to find Ren. He counldn't see him at first but thought he saw him lower down. Upon inspection it was nothing, nothing at all. This is slightly disconcerting.

[Renzenku]

Ren smirked from withing the branches and held his breath being completely silent. Summoning some light energy high in the sky to draw away Ezrion's attention, the summoned energy grew and grew into a divine sword shape. Which then swung it the air a few times, testing its own weight.

[Ezrion Alexander]

Ezrion saw light shinning down through the branches. He went up to check it out. It was a energy sword like the ones Ren makes. He looked around for Ren but there was no sign of him.

[Renzenku]

"Behind you," Came the whisper, grabbing Ezrion by the scruff of the neck. Ren flipped sideways and spun around, spinning Ezrion around he threw him down and into the tree. Jumping from branch to branch chasing after Ezrion as he fell.

Watching as Ezrion's back curved around as branch he landed. Ren stood on Ezrion's Chaos side, looking down he smiled "Gotcha... Again." Punching Ezrion in the face at full force he jumped up and got out of the tangle of branches.

[Ezrion Alexander]

Ezrion sat up blood streaming from his broken nose. "Okay, ouch!! That hurt. My head is pounding!" Massaging his nose, he sent energy into it to heal it. "Aww. There we go, much better. You've got one hell of a punch. Now it's my turn."

Summoning his demon armour on just his right fist, he infused it with chaos energy, jumped at Ren and punched him in the stomach, While bashing his head with the hilt of his katana.

[Renzenku]

Ren smiled as he fell backwards, falling through the branches of Yggdrasil and hitting most of the branches on the way down- being hit around like a ragdoll. Hitting the ground at the maximum velocity a human body can reach a plume of smoke rose up to the sky.

Standing admist the smoke Ren looked up slowly at Ezrion and smiled, blood trickling down his face in small beads and off his chin, his stomach slowly fixing itself. Landing on the ground the blood sizzled, forming a small pool it shook and rose slowly from the ground, forming a thin line three feet tall.

Still smiling, a dull red line down his face where the blood passed, Ren reached his hand out. Holding his palm flat just beside the line of blood the blood quivered. Shaping a winged sword of blood and moved to fit into Ren's plam perfectly. Gazing at the sword made of his own blood Ren smiled, "Chi Taitou."

Glancing back up at Ezrion, the smoke and dust just clearing around himself, Ren pointed the, now completely solid, sword at him. "Chi Taitou let us be one, and begin!"

Ezrion floated lazily down to land on the lowest branch. Seeing the blade in Ren's hand he immediately went into a defensive position. Not giving his openent a chance to strike, he appeared behind Ren and stabbed at his midsection while bringing hia other blade up to Ren's throat.

[Renzenku]

From Ren's forehead a bright white energy poured into his blade, turning it a deeper crimson, the wings turning pure white. The wings on the blade stretched and blocked the stab to his back.

Blood flowed from his hand into the sword, it grew and bent around pushing Ezrion's blade to his throat away. Ren blinked, and the extra blood that was put into the blade went down into the hilt, into the cut on his palm, replenishing the blood to his body.

Ren smiled, and turned to Ezrion, "Know your opponent," Moving his hand up he slashed at Ezrion, smiling as the Divine energy brightened the Chi Taitou, "Angel Blood and Divine Energy, a most potent combination."

[Ezrion Alexander]

Ezrion jumped back and away from the blood blade. I can't let that touch me, it'll kill me. He began slashing at Ren in a seven point star pattern. Afterwards stabbing at his legs and chest. He finished the combo up with a round house kick to the head.

[Renzenku]

Ren closed his eyes, his blade blocking all except three slashes and the kick, the three slashes landed hit his left forearm, right forearm, and across his stomach. Ren smiled, getting off the ground he placed his hand on his chest, pouring energy into the cuts, healing the wounds and sending all the shed blood into his blade.

Getting the deepest of red's, Chi Taitou glistened in the filtered light. Ren pointed the blade at Ezrion and focused light energy at it's tip, firing off a beam of thick divine energy mixed with angel blood. Ren smiled, "Blood of an Angel is being spilt Yggdrasil, will you except that?"

Pointing the blade so the tip just touched one of the gnarled roots of Yggdrasil, letting the energy go a drop of blood spilt onto the root.

The forest rippled with nature going crazy, fleeing from the woods to a safer place for awhile, the fear to much for them. Yggdrasil rustled, the wind blowing through the leaves sounding much like a roar of a giant beast. "I thought so. 'Blood of an Angel, and the World will react, Blood of an Angel spilt will be the cause' it spoke of you, Yggdrasil, the 'World Tree', Blood of an Angel simple enough. The cause of the spilt blood... Will cause the wrath of the all powerful!" Ren whispered then yelled.

A branch smashed down in front of Renzenku, missing by centimeters, Ren blanched. "NO! Yggdrasil! I wished for you to help.... Oh No! He can't tell what's happening outside his own mind, he only knows blood is being spilt near him, all because I awoke him!" Ren looked at Ezrion, stanching the energy of his attack so Ezrion would pay attention, "Ez, this will be some nice training, stay within the forest and dodge Yggdrasil until he goes back to sleep! Don't attack it, it will keep it awake, much like caffiene does us! We are still fighting, do not misunderstand that!"

Dodging the branches and the needle sharp points he dashed at Ezrion, slashing at him with Chi Taitou.

[Ezrion Alexander]

Ezrion rolled beneath a root as it crashed down right in front of him blocking Ren from view. Standing up he began to run, toward the tree. He climbed up to a low branch and walked to it's end, losing his balance along the way. He landed next to Ren who was facing the opposite direction, so he slashed at the back of his knees.

Not waiting to see if Ren went down he bolted into a denser section of the woods. Once he was out of eyesight of Ren he rested against a tree for a second. He made things so much more compicated, what was he thinking. That tree is going to kill us. He sat down for a moment to catch his breath.

[Renzenku]

Ren smiled, Thanks Yggy, a calm humm was the reply. Jumping over Ezrion's blade he landed and rolled to the side as a branch stabbed into the ground beside him, No holding back now.

Running up the branch he backflipped over another branch aimed to incapacitate him. Holding onto said branch he bent his knees and used the built pressure to jump forward and grab hold of another branch that flew over his head, aimed at Ezrion. Vaulting onto the branch he ran down the branch towards Ezrion, building speed and keeping his balance he shot past Ezrion, smirking as he past and slashing with his blade, cleaving the tree Ezrion was leaning on in half.

Hitting the ground he grabbed the branch that had just grounded itself and waited. The branch was pulled back at bone breaking force, Ren could hear his shoulder snap out of place, but didn't feel the pain right away, healing continuosly as he rose. Ren planted his feet on the trunk of the tree when he reached it, again bending his knees and launching himself off of it. Spreading his wings Ren spiralled upwards, dodging branches as they flew past. Reaching the toposphere he stopped and looked down, waiting for the next branch.

When the branch stabbed towards him Ren caught it and used it to wrap himself around the torso with it, Yggdrasil bark against Yggdrasil bark. Shooting downwards Yggdrasil launched Ren at the ground. Upon contact Ren let his torso take the full brunt of the fall, his Yggdrasil bark armour blocking all of the force.

Standing as still as possible while still dodging the branches Ren smiled and waited.

[Ezrion Alexander]

Ezrion got back onto his feet and walked cautiosly closer to the tree. He instantly jumped up and landed on a branch, running along it he gathered energy in his hands. jumping onto another branch, then ducked under another one, he spoted Ren and proceeded to advance on him. He jumped off the branch and swung both swords in a dual overhanded strike at Ren.

Halfway through the jump a branch caught him by the midsection and held him firmly in place.Uh oh. The branch threw him to another and they continued to play pass with him for another minute or so. The entire time he had been launching energy blasts at Ren.

[Renzenku]

Ren smiled, moving left and right the energy blast missed him, but he caught them with his blade and extinguished Ezrion's energy with his own to prevent Yggdrasil from staying up for to long.

Jumping up beside Ezrion, jumping from branch to branch following his movement, "Simple and effective," Placing his hand on Ezrion's forehead he blasted him down with energy to get him out of his looped game of pass.

Following suite Ren stabbed downwards as he fell.
