Ezrion's random rock out

Post by Ezrion Alexander on Mon Jul 26, 2010 4:13 pm

Ezrion was walking around the town passing random people. He had on his usual jeans, a white shirt and black vest with a red and white skull on the back. He had just adjusted the ring on his left middle finger when a slight breeze sprang up. He pulled on a strap on his left shoulder and repositioned it so that the guitar it was attached to was across his chest. It was a Gibson guitar he had from the 2000's passed down through his family as an antique. He plugged an amplifier chord into the bottom of the guitar, the other end of the chord trailed up into his shirt sleeve.

He began to strum the guitar with a pick that he procured from out of nowhere, playing random chords at first then going into a serious and heavy beat. The sound of the guitar was magnified to such a degree that anyone, anywhere on the island would be able to hear it. Ezrion was using his energy from his back to fuel his sound, making the air itself his speaker. He then did the same to his voice as he began to sing the lyrics of the song in an almost guttural voice. Right before he began a demon drummer with four arms appeared next to him and began to play the drum beat to the song.

"The state of the nation, violation,
A broken promise is as good as a lie.
This hell is humongous, the devil's among us,
And we will burn because we won't unite.

We won't witness anymore freedom.
What does anybody do we need 'em?
I would rather fight than let another die.
We're the problem but we're also the solution.

All hope is gone.

If you want it you can take it from me.
If you think you can you still don't know me.
Let me tell you, when I said it I meant it.
And I will always have the right to defend it.

Fifty seconds, a hundred murders.
The bill of rights is a bill of sale.
What will you do when the war is over?
What will you do when your system fails?

We have made the present, obsolete.
What do you want? What do you need?
We'll find a way when all hope is gone.
We've seen the fall of the elite.
Bury your life, sink your disease.
We'll end the world when all hope is gone.

We have made the present, obsolete.
What do you want? What do you need?
We'll find a way when all hope is gone.
We've seen the fall of the elite.
Bury your life, sink your disease.
We'll end the world when all hope is gone.

The wretched are the wounded.
The hungry starved to death.
At a place where no-one goes,
The air itself is a final breathe.

So discontinue,
The antiseptic cash charade
As the cry of justice comes,
A malignant fire fades.

I am the reason your future suffers,
I am the hatred you won't embrace,
I am the worm of a pure distinction,
I am the remedy, spit in my face.

All your lies and wars are out-dated
All your subjects are killing their kings.
I can rattle off another million reasons why.
But doesn't matter when the only thing we loved will die.

We'll find a way, we'll find a way when all hope is gone.
We've seen the fall of the elite.
Bury your life, sink your disease.
We'll end the world, we'll end the world when all hope is gone.

When all hope is gone
When all hope is gone."

He was still playing this song when he passed the cafe and noticed a few familiar faces. He stood outside and shouted in when he was done, "I shall now be taking requests."

Kaoru stepped in from the darkness of a shadow. "Nice song.." Kaoru said as he clapped his hands awhile. "So... What songs would be your forte?" Kaoru asked. He needed to know what type of songs that Ezrion would know and like to play, thus it will become a good performance.

Ezrion looked over at Kaoru and thought a moment. "I can play a wide assortment of songs and styles from rock, to blues but I personally prefer metal and hard rock."
